Exclusive: Iran and India finalize railroad deal

Interview with Akbar Torkan, senior economic advisor to Iranian president Hassan Rouhani. Torkan revealed the new railway will provide India a gateway to trade in Afghanistan and Central Asian markets without having goods cross Pakistani territory.
